Blue Valley Land Share, a.k.a Blue Valley Acres 5 acre parcels is located 9 miles South of Kremmling along Hwy 9. We would like the highlighted roads to be passable at 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. “Passable” means plowing a single lane when snow accumulation or drifting is deeper than 6 inches, and doing a full width plow after the storm is over. The approximate mileage of roads to be plowed is 3.2 miles.
